FAQ
How do you photograph weddings?
Your wedding day is about me being at your side and spending your wedding day capturing all the small and big moments. I love to capture lifestyle photography to catch those genuine moments. On your wedding day, I want to capture the story, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique.
When will we get our photos?
For weddings, You will receive an online sneak peak within a week of your wedding. Then your entire gallery will be sent to you via online gallery and USB drive with all your photos within 4-6 weeks with a maximum of 12 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the online gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Any other galleries tend to return within 2-3 weeks.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a wedding, 8 hours coverage averages between 600 to 800 fully edited images. I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story. Each package varies more or less than my popular 8 hour package.
For regular sessions, a Micro yields about 10+, a Mini yields about 20+ and a Full yields about 40+.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in West Michigan and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. We can discuss this further in our consultation.
How long will you keep my Photos?
My online gallery site is allowed only so much data. I purchase this data to give convenience and speed to receiving your photos. After the gallery has been active for over 60 days, there is a possibility I will need to upload more galleries for other clients, I will need to make room and your gallery may be taken down.

(A small fee of $25 will be incurred if needing to re-upload)
I do keep galleries as they are part of my portfolio. But as mentioned it will incur a small fee because I will then need to purchase extra data to have your gallery available again given I already have active and current galleries going.
What is your deposit and how can I secure a date?
My Wedding Deposits are $300 and Non-refundable. Once I secure my date with you that will make me unavailable to anyone else thus turning away other business. Once I receive your deposit and a signed contract, your wedding date will be secured!
For my regular sessions I require a 50% non-refundable but transferable deposit. This is in case of illness, weather or anything that may come up that prevents us from our session. The non-refundable is the same as wedding deposits, once I book with you I turn away others and time with my family.
